First please let us know what product do you need, then tell us the model number, you can contact us by the contact form or send us email. After confirm the specification of the led light you need, the PI will be sent. Once you done the payment, we will arrange shipping the goods.

For sample is 1-3 days will shipping, bulk order around 7-10 days according to item and quantity. (The factory practical production schedule shall prevail.)

We supply 1-2 metre free samples for standard items; the freight cost needs to be covered by the buyer. For custom items, the cost of goods also applies.

Yes, we are a direct factory with more than 1,000 staff on the front production and QC lines. We have 3 extruding machines, 4 plastic injection machines, 5 SMT machines, 1 reflow soldering line, and additional machine lines.

2-3 years warranty. During the guarantee period we will send replacement lights with your next order for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them, or we can discuss solutions including a recall, depending on the real situation.

You can use Western Union (lower fee) or PayPal (slightly higher fee). For new customers we only accept 30% T/T in advance. For long-term customers experiencing cash flow pressure, we do offer OA credit terms.

Refunds are accepted within 30 days for quality problems. We do not accept refunds for customised products -- these are charged in advance because custom materials, brand logos, and bespoke dimensions cannot be resold if sales performance is the reason.

It depends on whether you require customisation for smart products and systems, and also on the speed of customs clearance and logistics. We can guarantee to ship standard items within 3 business days -- customers in Singapore have received goods in under 1 week.

Even if the LED light you require is highly complex -- such as a custom shade or non-standard size -- we may still be able to manufacture it. BESEN has 13+ years of industry experience and far more resources than most; we can also help connect you with the right specialist manufacturer.

Of course. We also support online factory inspections via Zoom -- a convenient option if an in-person visit is not currently possible.

Our LED lights use Cree and Sanan LED chips, Meanwell or Philips drivers, and high-technology smart control boxes. We work with die-cast aluminium housings and high-standard smart product components. Custom designs are available to match your exact requirements.
