Dealer Review Process

We will review your suitability to become a BESEN dealer from a fair and transparent perspective. We will evaluate from the following dimensions:

1. Market position, market volume, competitors, sales level, etc. of electronic and light in your country and region.
2. Whether there are already BESEN dealers in your country and region.
3. Do you have enough confidence that you want to become a BESEN dealer.

After Becoming a BESEN Distributor

Once BESEN signs a distribution agreement with a distributor, BESEN will treat the distributor as its own sales team and will do its best to assist the distributor with product training, marketing training, after-sales service, and assist the distributor in obtaining the incentives offered by BESEN.

Product Training & After-Sales Service

1. After signing the dealer agreement, BESEN will provide complete marketing materials such as product videos and pictures to assist dealers to understand the products as soon as possible.

FAQ -- Becoming a Distributor

Do you offer free shipping of wholesale LED lights?

Unfortunately, no. You will have to pay a small fee for shipping wholesale lights.

Do you offer samples? Are they free?

We supply a free sample set, but you should pay the shipping cost. For custom items, a small fee may apply.

How to place an order?

First, please let us know what product you need, then tell us the model number. You can contact us by the contact form or send us an email.

After confirming the specification of the LED light you need, the PI will be sent. Once you have completed the payment, we will arrange shipping of the goods.

How long does it take to receive my order?

What should I do if my wholesale order is delayed?

If your order is late for more than a week, email Besen customer care on the website to be assisted further.

Kindly note that sometimes orders can be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. Just be patient and we will let you know if there is a valid reason for the delay.

How is the warranty handled and how are faults dealt with?

2-3 years warranty. During the guarantee period, we will send new lights with a new order for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss the solution -- including a recall -- according to the real situation.
